The DEAM team

The DEAM team consists of highly driven individuals, each supporting the development, manufacturing, sales and quality assurance using their own expertise and skills. The team is working cross-disciplinary, as a result adaptations and decisions can be made swift and efficient.

DEAM has the attitude to do everything in house, from assembly of instruments in our cleanroom, to sales and training in the hospital, to arranging the regulatory affairs. With this “vertical integration” of activities we secure all knowledge within the company and aim to keep the pricing of our devices as low as possible

DEAM is still strongly connected to its scientific origin and works closely together with Dutch universities (of technology) in Amsterdam, Delft, Twente and Groningen. On average 3-4 graduate students are working on internships within the DEAM facilities on the development and manufacturing of new steerable medical devices.
